For the first time in my life I took some time off , more like over two years to concentrate on making me whole again. While fighting against a debilitating auto immune disease I discovered the merits and benefits of Bio Identical Hormones. I am a writer using this blog to share my thoughts, rant and rave. Maybe I’ll get lucky and my words will help someone or really piss them off. I am fine either way. Any reaction is better than none at all.
